The newcomers Alcoholics Anonymous meeting is held Mondays & Wednesdays from 12:00 pm -1:00 pm at Carteret Family Services Center.  Narcotics Anonymous meets on Fridays from 12:00 pm -1:00 pm at the Carteret Family Services Center.

PRIORITY ADMISSIONS POLICY

Onslow Carteret Behavioral Healthcare Services gives priority admissions to substance abusers in the following hierarchy:

  1. Pregnant IV Drug Users

  2. Pregnant Drug Users

  3. Women with children (ages 18 and younger)

  4. HIV-IV Drug Users

  5. Individuals at risk for TB due to drug use
