Our Mission, as a Local Management Entity (LME), is to assure the provision of accessible, quality and affordable services for individuals with mental illness, developmental disabilities and/or substance dependence that promote independence, quality of life and inclusion within the community.  

We are committed to creating and keeping healthy and safe communities by putting the needs of the consumer first. Our agency will assure that people who are eligible will receive quality services that meet the changing needs of the individual and the community. The Local Management Entity plans, develops, implements and monitors service requirements of the Division of MH/DD/SAS. This includes supports for both insured and uninsured individuals.
