Area Authority Information
The Area Authority governed by an Area Board as cited in North Carolina General Statute 122C, is a local political subdivision of the State. The Area Board is a policy making body established to address/oversee the financial, strategic planning, resource development, and community organization aspects of Onslow Carteret Behavioral Healthcare Services. Members of the Area Board serve by appointment of the Onslow and Carteret County Boards of Commissioners as advocates for the citizens of Onslow and Carteret Counties.
General Information
Onslow Carteret Behavioral Healthcare Services is seeking three (3) community members to serve on its Client's Rights Committee. To apply for appointment to the Client's Rights Committee, please complete the OCBHS Citizen Participation form below. Applications will be reviewed by the Client's Rights Committee Area Board representatives.
